“We beautify, inform and advocate to improve our quality of life.”
Beth Roach • Chair
Beth Roach is honored to serve as your chair of the Point Loma Association Board of Directors. Beth’s family has been in San Diego for over a century. Beth grew up in La Jolla and moved to Ocean Beach after graduating from UC Berkeley. She fell in love with the natural beauty, the active lifestyle and the amazing people on the Point Loma peninsula. She is passionate about improving the community and keeping it a great place to live for future generations.
Beth is a Realtor with Willis Allen Real Estate and specializes in Trust and Probate sales, 1031 Exchanges, investment property analysis, and helping seniors with their housing needs. She is thankful for a 20-year real estate career that has allowed her to give back to the community in so many ways. Prior to real estate, Beth worked for a Fortune 1000 software company.
For decades Beth has held many volunteer positions of leadership and fundraising in the Point Loma community.
She has served on the board of directors of Point Loma Association since 2020, and been instrumental in raising funds for and promoting many successful initiatives including the IHeartPL campaign, the Village Lights project, the historic plaques, the mural project, and the planned Point Loma Gateway sign. Beth has been involved with or co-chaired every PLA annual fundraising dinner since becoming a board member.
Beth is deeply grateful to be part of a community of like-minded people who generously contribute their time, energy, and resources to enhance our quality of life on the Point.
