Graffiti Busters

We restore beauty. We clean surfaces and paint to remove graffiti around the Peninsula.

Annual Dinner Committee

We throw parties! The Annual Dinner Party raises funds for PLA operations and projects.

Beautification Committee

We beautify. Participate in project planning, permitting, contracting, landscaping and cleanup.

Communications Committee

We inform. We share community news and events via our website, social media, newsletters and email.

Community Conversations Committee

We facilitate public dialogue. We organize forums featuring public officials and organizations.

Membership Committee

We develop, grow and manage memberships to increase involvement and accomplish our goals.

Networking Committee

We network. We organize regular social mixer events for community businesses and members to connect.

Nominating Committee

We recommend Board Members as vacancies come available either due to term limits or resignation.

Projects Committee

We make public improvements. Skills: planning, architecture, engineering, construction, real estate.

Public Art Committee

We add character. We procure locations, artists and resources for utility box art, murals and sculptures.

Public Safety Committee

We collaborate with community interest groups to identify and address safety and quality of life issues.

Board of Directors

We supervise the activity and bylaws of the PLA. Must live or work in Point Loma area and be PLA member.
