The Vista Del Bahia Homeowners Association was selected for the August Garden Award.
PLA Past Chairperson Patti Adams presented the award to Dr. Richard Virgilio, President of the Homeowner’s group at the condo complex located on the corner of Kellogg Street and San Antonio Avenue.
