Our September PLA Garden Award goes to Wes and Tara Young for the beautiful transformation of their landscaping at the corner of Moana Drive and Point Loma Avenue.
The Young’s yard project began in 2005 with the construction of a new retaining wall and decorative front steps. Today all sorts of vegetation thrives in front and on the Avenue side.
