In the winter of 2015, the PLA presented the Westminster Community Garden with the Garden Award.

Participants grow vegetables/fruits/herbs during all seasons. Sunshine is abundant. Crops are harvested for individual use, and for group use. There are 42 spaces available with a hose bib at each plot. The cost is $50 a year to cover the expense of water.
