Velenda Sanchez

Velenda, a Long Beach native, has called Point Loma home for over a decade. With a B.A. from Point Loma Nazarene University and 15+ years in banking, she now helps clients at U.S. Bank Private Wealth Management grow and protect their wealth.

In addition to her banking career, Velenda runs a family business with her siblings, guiding San Diego homeowners through the short-term and mid-term rental market. From a la carte services like furnishing and listing creation to full-service options, they make hosting effortless, allowing homeowners to be as involved or hands-off as they choose.

When she’s not working, you’ll find Velenda with Family, playing music past a socially acceptable volume, sailing in regattas, or walking around PL with her husband and their goofy Bernese Mountain dog. She’s an active member of the Point Loma Association, excited to give back to the community she loves.
